  1. MINTCNF is a .CNF file for MultiTOS by Robert Quezada (of STOSFIX fame).
  2. This file will set MultiTOS to give a higher priority to the top window
  3. allowing the applications you are using to run faster, thus making
  4. MultiTOS seem much faster than it otherwise would.  You can change this
  5. priority to any value with any ASCII text editor.  I would recomend this
  6. file to all MultiTOS users.  Uploaded Feb. 22, 1994.
